• Conference Registration and payment opens: 7th April, 2025
• In-person Conference Registration and payment closes: 31st May, 2025
• Virtual Conference Registration and payment closes: 25th July, 202

In-person registration fees include lunch, snacks, Opening Dinner & Closing Dinner during the period of the conference. Registration costs vary by mode of participation (in-person or virtual), participant country of origin level of income, professional classification, and membership of the Tree-ring Society (TRS) and the Association for Tree-ring Research (ATR).

In-Person Participation

• Upper Income Countries Professional Non-TRS Members: $650
• Lower or Middle Income Countries Professional Non-TRS Members: $450
• Upper Income Countries Professional TRS Members: $625
• Lower or middle Income Countries Professional TRS Members: $425
• Upper Income Countries Students: $350
• Lower or middle Income Countries Students: $300

Virtual Participation

• All income levels, non-members of TRS and ATR : $200
• All income levels, members of TRS and ATR: $175
