Admission requirements for all masters’s programme:
Applicants should:
a) Possess a minimum of Bachelor’s degree in a related field from a recognised institution.
b) In addition to the admission requirements for the MBA (Finance), applicants who hold professional accounting qualifications in ACCA and CIMA are eligible, provided they hold 5 ‘O’ level Credits (Grade 12 or Form V with Mathematics and English inclusive).
DURATION OF THE PROGRAMMES:
a) Full Time Basis
Each programme is designed to run for eighteen months of which the first 12 months are devoted to course work while the last 6 months to dissertation.
b) Evening Basis
Each programme is designed to run for two (2) years with the first eighteen months devoted to course work while the last 6 months to dissertation.
c) Distance
The Programmes are targeted at those individuals who cannot engage in Full time, Part time/ Evening programmes due to various factors. However, a minimum of three (3) years is designated for each of the programmes.
METHOD OF APPLICATION:
Candidates are requested to apply on-line by logging on to the Copperbelt University website at www.cbu.edu.zm and clicking the Apply Now link. Applicants are further advised to complete and submit the form online and thereafter print the ZANACO student Bill Muster Form. This is what will be used to make a payment of K200.00 at any Zambia National Commercial Bank Branch (ZANACO)
